How Can I Lose Weight up to 10 Kg???

Today i wanna share about my experience about diet.
How to diet? How i can motivated to diet?
Let's started yaa.. 😄



It's started from January 2017. For all this time, i ever tried any diet since i was on high school. That diet made me less nutrition because i did not eat white rice. Of course. I have to change it.
What am i to do when i am on a diet?
Hmm. First, i did cardio. At least, three times for a week. That makes your body burn more calories. You can started with walking to the park. You must persistent on your diet. Set your goal. Reach it!
My suggest for you, whatever your cardio you can try it. You can running, walking, cycling, or whatever do you like.
If you like to do some yoga or zumba. It's great! Because as i know, that makes your body shaped. Hihi i now you are imaging that, isn't you?? Hahhah 😁😁
Now, i wanna tell about my habit on eating food.
As you know, i really like chocolate ❤❤❤ oh my gosh, i really like chocolate!! Moreover, i like kwetiaw so much and sate padang too haha ❤
I still eat chocolate but the portion must be less than before.
For kwetiaw and sate padang, i can not less my portion on them. Because i really like.
My tips:
You must count, how much calories that you eat and also how much calories that you burn.
What is my motivation on this diet?
Everybody have a different answers. My motivation is making my body healthy. Because when i was fat, i feel some health problems like breathless when i was running.
People said that it's easy to lose weight but the hardest is how to stay slim.
Hmm, it's your choices, but try to love your body. Don't ever do extreme diet. If you don't want yoyo diet.

O yaa, before i started diet i ever reach 61kg and now i am 51kg. 😊
